How to Whitelist Jaxcom's Emails to Make Sure They Don't Go to Spam(Gmail)

Please follow these steps to ensure that mails from Jaxcom don't get treated as spam by your mailbox

  1. Log in to your Gmail at gmail.com.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right and select Settings.

5. In the pop-up window, enter the email address you want to be whitelisted in the From field. NOTE: If you want a whole domain whitelisted, you can just enter the domain (ie,“jaxcom.net”).

7. Check "Never send it to Spam".
